All our skin clinicians are trained to a high standard with a wealth of knowledge in skin and our extensive product range, we would advise all our patients to begin on a pharmaceutical grade product range to help prep and maintain their skin health.
We also include the OPATRA dome skin analyser, we believe that when you look your best, you feel your best. This OPATRA clinically measures the surface and subsurface of the skin using state-of-the-art digital imagery. Three different lighting technologies are used to delve deeper into the skin.

• UV spectrum technology
The OPATRA is very versatile and suitable for all skin types. OPATRA Provides full face imaging, reporting of any skin conditions and were they lie, the technology provides a great awareness of how aging impacts our skin and confidence by predicting how the skin will be in the next 3-5 years. widely used in consultations to examine the deeper layers of the skin capturing multispectral photos of the face, focusing on:

At the consultation stage, you will be given an information pack and skin care treatment plan for you to take away and consider at your leisure.

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations on any confirmed appointments. All bookings require a £25 deposit upon booking. We reserve the right to keep the deposit if the required notice is not given.
Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our policy: Consultation is thorough and you will be asked to consent that your medical history is correct and that you understand the treatment, the aftercare and the cost of treatment. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund on products or treatments if you simply change your mind. We are able, in some circumstances to offer an alternative treatment or credit note but we have a no refund policy.
