Following the most recent government announcement, we can confirm that we are intending to re-open Face the Future Clinic on Monday 12th April, pending further government updates.
The safety and wellbeing of all patients and staff will, as always, remain paramount. Our increased health and safety measures, PPE, temperature checks and patient screening forms will remain in place.
The phone lines will remain closed for incoming calls, but we will be contacting all patients over the next few weeks who had an appointment booked in January, February and March 2021.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations on any confirmed appointments. We reserve the right to charge £50 cancellation fee if the required notice is not given.
Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our policy: Consultation is thorough and free of charge and you will be asked to consent that your medical history is correct and that you understand the treatment, the aftercare and the cost of treatment. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund on products or treatments if you simply change your mind. We are able, in some circumstances to offer an alternative treatment or credit note but we have a no refund policy.
