Fine Lines & Wrinkles
As we age, we develop lines and wrinkles. These wrinkles are usually caused by our muscles that contract, for example crow’s feet, frown lines and forehead lines, all develop in areas where we start to lose volume.
These lines and wrinkles are then made worse by a build-up of dead skin that sits in the wrinkles and exacerbates the problem. This dead skin or 'excess keratinisation' is often a result of sun damage, smoking or dietary choices, which damages our skin’s ability to repair itself over a period of time, resulting in unwanted lines and wrinkles.
With a little time and patience and with new approaches in non-surgical skin care, it is now possible to repair skin, offering a much better visual appearance of lines and wrinkles and a much-improved texture and skin tone. This is called “skin re-modelling”.
