Moles

Moles are small, brown or black growths on the skin. Most people have them and they're usually nothing to worry about unless they change size, shape or colour.

Generally, moles are harmless growths on the skin that occur when cells in the skin grow in a cluster instead of being spread throughout. These cells are called melanocytes, which makes pigment that gives your skin its natural colour. As the years pass, moles usually change slowly, becoming raised or changing colour.

Moles appear anywhere on the skin and can appear as a single mole or in groups. They can sometimes be in unwanted irritating areas. We cannot remove a mole, but we can reduce the size and any hairs that come from the moles using Advanced Cosmetic Procedure (ACP).

Please note: A doctors note is required for any mole reduction in clinic.
